The LDW program provides physical damage protection for your equipment while it is out on rental. It does not provide any protection when the equipment is not on a rental contract. The LDW program protects you the owner from physical damage to your equipment resulting from accidental events, it does not cover wear and tear of other gradual deterioration damages.

Notable exclusions include: Mysterious Disappearance, Tire Damage, Overloading and Misuse. See your policy for a full list of policy exclusions. Notable excluded equipment types: Logging, Lumbering, Mining, Watercraft, Cranes, Autos.

Note You have within 90 days to submit a claim from date of incident. Anything after could result in a denial of claim.*
